Refund policy

Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, OB Tie Dye does not accept standard returns or exchanges. However, I always want you to love your order — if something’s wrong, I’ll work with you.

This policy outlines how issues, defects, or order concerns are handled.

Return Eligibility (Case-by-Case Only)

Returns are generally not accepted, but in rare approved cases:
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• Original packaging when possible
• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom/personalized orders
• One-of-a-kind handmade items (majority of the shop)
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Normal dye variations (not considered defects)
• Gift cards

Color Variations

All patterns are unique and created by ice melt, split tones, and reactive dye chemistry. Slight differences in pattern or tone are not defects and aren’t eligible for return.

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

Email obtiedye@gmail.com within 48 hours if:
• You received the wrong item
• Something arrived damaged
• There’s a defect beyond normal handmade variation

Include:
• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation:
• Replacement (when possible)
• Store credit
• Refund to original payment method

Processing Time

• Issue review: 1–3 business days
• Refund (if approved): 3–7 business days depending on your bank
