At obtiedye.com, every piece is handmade to order. This policy outlines processing times, shipping procedures, and what to expect once your order is placed.
Because each piece is hand-dyed and finished in small batches:
• Made-to-order items: 2–3 weeks
• Custom designs: 3–4 weeks
• Peak seasons: Add 3–5 extra business days
• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays
Each piece goes through multiple stages:
• Dyeing
• Multiple wash & dry cycles
• Ironing and finishing
• Final quality check
• Packaging for shipment

• All orders include USPS or UPS tracking
• Tracking is emailed to you once your order ships

USPS shipping supports P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays. If a known delay impacts your package, we’ll notify you.
A domestic package is considered missing if there’s no tracking movement for 7 business days.
