At obtiedye.com, every piece is handmade to order. This policy outlines processing times, shipping procedures, and what to expect once your order is placed.

Processing Time

Because each piece is hand-dyed and finished in small batches:

• Made-to-order items: 2–3 weeks
• Custom designs: 3–4 weeks
• Peak seasons: Add 3–5 extra business days
• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays

Production Steps

Each piece goes through multiple stages:
• Dyeing
• Multiple wash & dry cycles
• Ironing and finishing
• Final quality check
• Packaging for shipment

Shipping & Tracking

• All orders include USPS or UPS tracking
• Tracking is emailed to you once your order ships
• You can also check tracking through your account

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout.
obtiedye.com is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address.
If you need to update your address, email obtiedye@gmail.com immediately after ordering.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

USPS shipping supports P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays. If a known delay impacts your package, we’ll notify you.

Missing or Lost Packages

A domestic package is considered missing if there’s no tracking movement for 7 business days.
If you believe your package is lost, email obtiedye@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Photograph the packaging + item
Email obtiedye@gmail.com within 48 hours
Include your order number + photos
We’ll take care of it promptly.

• Free-shipping promos apply to standard shipping only
• Upgraded shipping options cost extra
• Promotional rates can’t be combined unless stated

Holiday Shipping

During major holiday seasons:
• Orders may require extra processing time
• Carriers may experience delays
