Kimono Robe
Designed to be worn on repeat
A kimono robe for everyday color therapy
A lightweight, flowy kimono robe designed to make everyday moments feel a little more special. Hand ice-dyed in San Diego using premium Dharma dyes, each piece develops soft coastal tones, dreamy marbling, and that calm, wearable “color therapy” energy.
Easy and versatile, it works just as well for slow mornings and post-shower lounging as it does for beach days, festival fits, or layering over everyday outfits. Every robe is truly one of a kind.
Now in two lengths and two sizes. The short robe has 3/4 sleeves, hits around mid-thigh, and doubles as a flowy jacket or beach coverup. The long robe drapes toward the ankle with full-length sleeves for maximum lounge. Both are cut from flowing 100% Bali rayon with a silky drape, a generous wrap, belt loops, and a long sash that fits a wide range of bodies.
Fit guide (approximate length / sash):
- Short, One Size: 39" / 73" sash
- Short, Plus Size: 44" / 90" sash, wider cut
- Long, One Size: 53" / 73" sash
- Long, Plus Size: 57" / 98" sash, wider cut
Measurements are taken flat before dyeing. Rayon relaxes and shrinks a little through the wash and dye process, and the blanks are cut generously to account for it - your robe arrives pre-washed and ready to wear.
🎨 Made for you, by hand. Each piece is dyed to order in my Ocean Beach studio - please allow 2-3 weeks before it ships. Need it sooner? Message me about rush options.
🤙 The OB Promise. Every piece is one of one and final sale - but if anything's wrong with your order, reach out and I'll make it right.

How It's Made
Each piece is hand ice-dyed in our San Diego studio using a slow-melt process where dye powders are layered over ice. As the ice melts, it creates organic color splits and soft, natural gradients that can’t be replicated.
